Subject: Next Rockaway Subcommittee Meeting?

Dear Rockaway Subcommittee Members,

     There will be no RRWG Rockaway Subcommittee meeting during December

2004 and January 2005 due to the holidays.

     During December 2004 and January 2005 myself and George Haikalis will

do one more final review of the Rockaway Subcommittee Flyer to ascertain that

there are no more errors on it before it goes to print.

    The next meeting will probably be during the month of February 2005.

Since the flyer will be finished and printed by the February 2005 meeting that

meeting will discuss future public relations strategies for our group. Some

of which will be for our group members to set up various meetings with elected

officials, civic leaders, civic organizations, chamber of commerce(s),

community boards, district leaders, business leaders and businesses.
