Agenda for July 12, 2004 meeting:
Phil Strong will continue to speak about the various types of rail cars that could be used on the Rockaway Beach Line based upon a variety of transit proposals involving AIRTRAIN and/or Subway and/or LIRR options.

Directions to the meeting by public transportation:
Take the "J" train to the 121st Street Station in Richmond Hill, Queens. Get out at the west end (121st street exit) of the station (the east end of the station is the 123rd Street exit). Walk three blocks west along the north side of Jamaica Avenue to Lefferts Blvd. Cross over to the west side of Lefferts Blvd. Walk north along the west side of Lefferts Blvd. to Babbage Street. The back of the Library is located on Babbage Street (parallel to the disused Richmond Hill LIRR station) where there is a driveway to the basement entrance where the meeting is being held. The front of the Library is located a little further north on Hillside Avenue. If you enter from the main entrance of the Library on Hillside Avenue walk straight through the entrance and look for a stairway to the auditorium located in the basement of the library. Signs should be posted directing members to the Rail Meeting in the auditorium located in the basement of the library.
